BECOME A CERTIFIED SERVICE MEMBER
Submit ONE of the following to Skylar Devlin in the VA Certifying Official's Office (Registrar):

  1. DD-214/NGB-22
  2. Present your Military ID if still serving
  3. Military Orders
  4. Leave and Earnings Statement
  5. Enlisted Records Brief/Officer Records Brief or Talent Profile
